Off Piste in Small Groups as Standard
Our clinic format is ideally suited to skiing Meribel and the 3Valleys fantastic off-piste skiing.
With a maximum group size of six, we move quickly and safely, getting more runs and more coaching, than standard backcountry lessons.
Teaching Focus
Whatever the conditions, our off-piste clinics focus on coaching you how to ski the backcountry. There’a always something great to ski thanks to Meribel and The 3Valley’s extensive and varied off-piste terrain, but off-piste skiing demands an ability to apadpt technique, tactics, and even your head-game according to the snow conditions. Your TDCSkI coach will teach the best approach to the off-piste conditions on any given day.
Safety First
All of ourcoaches are fully qualified to lead groups off-piste and have plenty of experience in the meribal and 3Valleys domain, we will be able to take you safely to places where you can enjoy the best snow on the mountain.
TDCSki will provide all necessary off piste safety equipment, avalanche transceiver and pack with shovel and probe. As standard practice, our off-piste courses include teaching you how to ski safely in a group and how to use the safety equipment.

For stong red run skiers....
Try off piste skiing for the first time. With modern skis and some good coaching, off piste can be enjoyed by everyone. Experience some of Meribel’s fantastic low level, easy access off-piste skiing.
Our introductory off-piste course is suitable for Development Clinic level skiers. If you’re a confident red run skier and above, you’re trying off-piste skiing for the first time, or are learning the basics of off-piste skiing, then this is the course for you.

If you’ve skied off-piste before then it’s time to explore more of the famous Meribel backcountry, whilst improving your technique. Develop your tactics and technique to help master the varied snow and terrain Meribel has to offer.
The Off-Piste Adventure course is ideal for experienced off piste and Challenges Clinic level skiers, confident black run skiers and above.
